APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
- Each session is a 45-minute focused shopping experience with a dedicated personal stylist.
- Your booking fee is fully redeemable against purchases made during your appointment.
- We recommend arriving on time so your session can begin smoothly, and you can enjoy your full session. To ensure every customer receives the same dedicated time, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
- As Saturday slots are limited and reserved especially for you, cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
- Each appointment is reserved for one customer only, to keep the experience fully personalized.
- Saturday appointments are reserved exclusively for shopping and styling, and not as an exchange-only appointment.

1. How long is each appointment?
Each appointment is 45 minutes, inclusive of styling, fitting, and checkout.
2. How do I book a slot?
Select your preferred time and complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a WhatsApp message with next steps.
3. Is the booking fee refundable?
Your booking fee is fully redeemable against purchases made during your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.
4. What if I am late for my appointment?
To ensure every customer receives the same dedicated time, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
5. What happens if my appointment runs over?
We’ll honour the next customer’s appointment time. If they haven’t arrived yet, you may continue briefly. Once they arrive, we’ll need to conclude the fitting.
If you don’t mind waiting, you’re welcome to continue using the fitting room later subject to availability, once scheduled appointments have been attended to.
6. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Saturday appointments are limited. For this reason, cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.
If something unavoidable comes up, we may review on a case-by-case basis and offer a one-time weekday reschedule or convert your booking fee into store credit (valid for 1 month from date of appointment).
7. Can I bring a friend or family member along?
Each appointment is reserved for one customer only to keep the session fully personalized. If you’re accompanied, your guest will need to wait outside the showroom.
8. Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
To keep your appointment focused, we recommend curating a few looks in advance that you’d love to try, and sharing your bust and waist measurements with us for better fit advice. While item reservations are not available, we’ll do our best to prepare your selected looks for you, subject to availability in your size.
9. Can I do an exchange during my Saturday appointment?
Saturday appointments are reserved exclusively for shopping and styling, and not as an exchange-only appointment. While exchanges are welcome, the booking fee can be redeemed only on newly purchased items, and cannot be used to offset the exchanged item.
10. What if I need to do a return or exchange after my purchase?
All purchases follow our standard exchange policy.
