EU Right of Withdrawal
EU Customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union and wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for an eligible online purchase, please submit your request through our EU Withdrawal Request Form.
1. Eligibility & Exchange Terms
Exchange Period
Singapore: Within 30 days of receiving your order

International: Within 45 days of receiving your order
How It Works
Your item(s) are eligible for a one-time exchange, for a different size, print, or design, at equivalent value.

A top-up is required for higher-value items.

Any difference for lower-value items will be forfeited.

If no suitable exchange is available, your purchase will be converted into store credits (valid for 3 months).

Split credits are not allowed.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds
2. Return Conditions
Item Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached.
UNABLE TO ACCEPT
We are unable to accept items showing signs of wear, including makeup or fragrance, stains, smoke or other lingering scent.
Items with Imperfection
If your item arrives with an imperfection, please contact us with photographs for review. Our team will assess the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps.
Once the returned item is received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the exchange
3. Price Drop & Sale Pieces
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Price Drop and Sale pieces are eligible for a one-time online exchange, subject to availability.

For these exchanges, items will need to be returned to us by mail.

4. How to Return
Start Your Exchange

Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange, and your preferred replacement or store credit option.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (SGT).

Option 1 — Showroom Visit
Reach out via WhatsApp with your preferred date and time.

Appointments: 9am–6pm (last slot at 5pm, transactions to be completed by 5:45pm).
Option 2 — Return via Mail

Return shipping is borne by the customer.
