Exchange Policy

You can request for returns within *30 days of your order being received if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will do a one-time exchange of item(s) for a different size / colour / style of equivalent amount as your purchase. If you wish to exchange the item for one of higher value, a top-up is required. In the event that the value of the exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining amount will be forfeited. Partial exchanges or splitting of the exchange credit value are not allowed.

We do not do refunds.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with price tags attached.
  • Items soiled with makeup, dirt, food or similar will not be accepted.
  • Return costs are at the customer's expenses (unless your item is deemed defected)

There are 2 ways to return your order:
(1) Studio visit by appointment only, or
(2) Return item(s) via mail to our studio address.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a reliable traceable service.

In an event you do not have any item(s) to exchange for at the moment, we can convert the value of your purchase into store credits with validity for the next 3 months.

Store credit cannot be used, or re-issued after the expiration date.

To begin the Exchange, either complete the form or reach our customer support via our business WhatsApp line here and please include your:

  • Order Number
  • Name of item(s) you'd like to return
  • Name of item you'd like to exchange or store credits

Our customer support will get in touch with you within operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm to confirm your Exchange.

*We have extended our exchange policy for international orders to 60 days in view of expected delays on international shipping timings. Note that delivery fees for International Exchange Orders will be borne by the customer.
