Your tier is updated on a rolling 365-day cycle based on your eligible spend in the last 365 days.

• To keep your current tier, meet or exceed the tier’s spend requirement within your 365-day cycle.
• If you do not meet your current tier’s spend requirement within your cycle, you will move to the tier that corresponds to your eligible spend.
• If you upgrade to a higher tier, your new 365-day cycle starts from your upgrade date.

For existing members, the first cycle of the refreshed programme runs from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027.
For new members, your 365-day cycle starts on the date you join.

You’ll enjoy your new tier benefits immediately. Your 365-day cycle will also restart from the date you enter that tier.

Example:
If you upgrade on 1 April 2026, your new cycle will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.

If you do not meet your tier’s spend requirement by the end of your 365-day cycle ending 28 February 2027, your tier will change on the next day (1 March 2027) to the level that matches your eligible spend. Your new 365-day cycle then runs from 1 March 2027 to 29 February 2028, and you’ll receive the benefits of your new tier.

Example:
If you are in Gold and spend $1,500 (below the $3,000 requirement) in the cycle ending 28 February 2027, your tier will move to Silver on 1 March 2027.

Meet or exceed your tier’s spend requirement within your 365-day cycle to remain in the same tier for the next cycle.

For example, at the end of your cycle:

• Spend $10,000 or more → stay Platinum
• Spend $3,000 to $9,999 → stay Gold
• Spend $500 to $2,999 → stay Silver
• Spend under $500 → stay Member

• Points earned will not expire.
• To align with our new earn rate ($1 = 1 pt), all existing point balances will be recalibrated 10x, with no loss of value, at 00:00 SGT on 1 March 2026, rounded up to the nearest whole point.

Example:
If you have 1,757 points before 1 March 2026, your new balance will be 176 points (175.7 rounded up).

1. Log in to your Reckless account.
2. Open the Reckless Rewards widget and select Redeem points.
3. Choose your voucher value:
   $50 voucher = 1,000 pts
   $100 voucher = 1,800 pts

Note:

• Your unredeemed points do not expire.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of redemption.
• We recommend redeeming your points only when you're ready to use the voucher.
• If you prefer your vouchers to have no expiry, simply redeem your existing points before 1 March 2026.

• Vouchers redeemed before 1 March 2026 have no expiry.
• Vouchers redeemed on or after 1 March 2026 will be valid for 6 months from the date of redemption.

Note:

• If you prefer your vouchers to have no expiry, redeem your existing points before 1 March 2026.
• From 1 March 2026 onwards, we recommend you to redeem points only when you are ready to use the voucher.

• Please use any existing entry-tier reward voucher by 28 February 2026, 23:59 SGT.
• At 00:00 SGT on 1 March 2026, all unused entry-tier reward vouchers will be removed, and a new entry-tier reward voucher will be issued based on your tier at that time.
• From 1 March 2026, your entry-tier reward voucher is valid for the length of your 365-day cycle, as long as you remain in that tier.
• If you keep the same tier for the next cycle, your benefit refreshes with a new voucher.
• If you move to a different tier, any unused voucher from your previous tier will be voided.

• You can use one % voucher per order. The highest-value % voucher will apply at checkout.
• $ vouchers can be combined in the same order.
• You may combine one % voucher with $ vouchers in the same order.
• Vouchers can’t be split or partially used. Any unused value is forfeited.
  

System limit: Where checkout prevents stacking multiple $ vouchers or combining $ and % vouchers, WhatsApp us and we’ll help apply them in one order.

3. Your entry-tier reward will show as a discount code.
4. Click Use it now to apply it automatically, or copy the code and paste it at checkout.
   

Entry-tier reward by tier:

• Silver: 5%
• Gold: 10%
• Platinum: 15%

Note:

• The entry-tier reward is a one-time, storewide discount that is valid while you remain in that tier within your 365-day cycle.
• If you maintain your tier for the next cycle, a new reward is issued for the new cycle.
• If you move to a different tier, any unused voucher is voided and a new reward for your new tier is issued.

2. Open the Reckless Rewards widget and select Birthday Reward.
3. Enter your date of birth at least 1 day before your birthday.
4. Points are automatically credited to your account on your birthday.
   

What you’ll receive (based on your tier on your birthday):

• Silver: +150 points
• Gold: +300 points
• Platinum: +700 points

Note:

• Add your date of birth at least 1 day before your birthday to receive this year’s reward. If you add it on or after your birthday, the points will be issued next year.
  
  

• You are entitled to 5 complimentary alterations per rolling 365-day.
• 1 area = 1 alteration
• Valid for Reckless Ericka garments only.

How it works

1. WhatsApp us to book a studio appointment.
2. Come in for a fitting and confirm the area(s) to alter.
3. We'll send your piece to our seamstress for the alteration.
4. We'll notify you when it's ready. Collect in our showroom or enjoy complimentary delivery.

• At checkout, under Shipping method, select Door-to-Door Delivery.
• The cut-off time is Monday to Friday, 12:00pm.
• Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day and typically arrive within 1–2 working days.
• Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day and typically arrive within 1-2 working days thereafter.

• Add an Order Note at checkout to indicate a secure drop location, or concierge handover.
• Or select Free Registered Mail to have it mailed to your letterbox within 3-5 working days.

• Delivery can be scheduled Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
