In this 45-minute virtual appointment, we will explore silhouettes, styles, and colour palettes that bring your personality to life.

• A one-to-one guided conversation with your stylist, where we explore your style preferences, and any upcoming occasions or needs you'd like us to style for.
• A curated selection of looks tailored to your preferences and wardrobe goals, presented live.
• A chance to see fabric movement, texture and detail up close, as if you were shopping in person.

Note: Virtual sessions may be recorded for internal training and quality assurance.

• Select your preferred date from the options available (SGT).
• Reserve your slot with a booking fee, fully offset toward your purchase during the session or within 24 hours after.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a WhatsApp message with next steps and a link to your Style Questionnaire.
• Our team will reach out personally to confirm your preferred time. Appointment hours are between 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (SGT).

1. How long is each appointment?
Each virtual session is 45 minutes of focused, interactive styling.

2. How do I book a slot?
Select your preferred date and complete checkout. Our team will follow up to confirm your time. (All times in SGT)

3. Is the booking fee refundable?
Your booking fee is fully redeemable against purchases made during your appointment or within 24 hours after. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.

4. What can I expect during the session?
Your stylist will guide you through a curated capsule, time permitting, presented live so you can see fabric movement, texture, and detail up close.

5. Can I request specific looks, and will my size be available?
List your requests in your Style Questionnaire and we'll prepare them subject to availability. Fit guidance is based on your information; exact fit may vary by silhouette and fabrication. Standard exchange policy applies.

6. Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
For the best experience, complete your Style Questionnaire 48 hours prior and call in from a distraction-free space with stable internet connection.

7. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
You may reschedule up to 24 hours prior. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.

8. What if I am late for my appointment?
We will hold your slot for 10 minutes. After that, we can continue with a shortened session ending on time. If we have not heard from you by 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee is forfeited.

9. Which platform will my virtual appointment use?
Sessions run on WhatsApp video by default.

10. What should I expect after my appointment?
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a personalised style recap with direct shopping links. Our team is available on WhatsApp to redeem your booking fee, advise on sizing and fit, and answer any follow-up questions. All purchases follow our standard exchange policy.
