Delivery & Shipping Rates

FOR ORDERS WITHIN SINGAPORE

Option 1: Free Registered Mail (tracking number provided)
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Your parcel will be delivered straight to your letterbox or PO Box addresses, so you will never need to worry about missing the delivery.
Do allow up to 2 working days for the tracking numbers to be updated into the system. 

Option 2: Self-collection at Reckless Ericka Design Studio (by Appointment only)
Reach out to us via our WhatsApp business line to book an appointment.
We are generally open weekdays between 9am to 6pm, last slot being 5pm.
To schedule an appointment you may let us know your availability and we will check our schedule for slots.

Option 3: Door-to-Door Delivery
Opt for our Door-to-Door Delivery service for a faster receipt of your item within an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days. This option is suitable for customers who prefer direct delivery to their doorstep or hotel concierge, especially for shipping addresses without letterboxes or PO Box addresses.

During the checkout process, kindly utilize the "Notes" section to specify a secure location where our courier can leave your parcel in case there is no one available to receive it at home or if access to the premises is restricted.

For this premium service, a flat fee of $15 will apply.

Please note that the re-delivery of your parcel(s) due to incorrect/ incomplete address provided is your responsibility; the cost for 2nd delivery attempt will be borne by the customer. To prevent failed delivery attempts and prompt deliveries, we recommend that your shipping address is up to date. 

Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday (9.00am to 6.00pm), excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

For International Orders

We offer free worldwide shipping via SingPost International Registered Airmail, with a minimum spend of SGD250.

For orders below SGD250, we ship to the following countries via SingPost International Registered Airmail, according to the weight of the product(s).

Estimated delivery time for all international orders via SingPost International Registered Airmail will be between 4 - 26 working days. Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities. Delivery time may vary due to customs inspection and clearance of the various countries.

We ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) - shipping fees displayed are not inclusive of duties and taxes that may be levied by the country you are shipping to. These additional costs shall be borne by the buyer.
