Promotions & Discounts (Online and In-Showroom)
Discounts and sale prices are only valid during the stated promotional period. Once a promotion has ended, we’re unable to extend or honour the discount.
In-showroom exclusive promotions and gifts are strictly valid for purchases made in-showroom only. Online purchases are not eligible unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Promotions cannot be added to orders placed before or after the promotion period. Only orders placed during the stated dates are eligible.
Percentage-based discounts cannot be stacked with other percentage discounts. However, they can be used together with dollar-value vouchers or store credits, unless otherwise stated.
The complimentary Furoshiki can only be redeemed in-showroom, and it is limited to one redemption per customer for each collection. Splitting purchases across multiple orders or receipts will not qualify for an additional Furoshiki.
All promotional gifts are available while stocks last. Once fully redeemed, the promotion will end even if the campaign period has not concluded.
Delivery & Shipping
For Singapore orders:
- Free delivery to your letterbox or PO Box addresses will arrive within 3 to 5 working days (except pre-orders).
- Door-to-Door Delivery (Includes Hotel Concierge) would take 1 to 2 days to arrive (additional $15 top-up).
- Self-collection by booking an appointment for our studio.
For International orders:
- Normal delivery would take up to 24 working days.
- Expedited delivery (top-up) would take up to 2 to 5 working days.
For Singapore Orders:
- Registered Mail (tracking number provided) : Free
- Self-collection at Reckless Ericka Design Studio (by Appointment only) : Free
- Door-to-Door Delivery : $15
For International Orders (except United States):
- Orders above $350 SGD : Free
- Orders below $350 : prices varies on item(s) weight and location.

After we have fulfilled your order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.
If you have any concerns regarding the delivery or if the package was not received as expected, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly via WhatsApp.
It's not uncommon for tracking systems to experience delays or inconsistencies in updating the delivery status. If your tracking number does not work, it is most likely already been delivered in your letterbox.

From the Reckless Rewards page, you can view your current point balance, redeem your points for available rewards, and view any rewards that can be used.
By logging in to your account, you will be able to view and edit your account details by going to your account page.
Yes, your points will be automatically added and you can view your history in "My Balance".
In the event that you have older orders and would like points from it, contact us to have their points added in.
Sizing & Measurements
You can check our Size Chart on how to get your measurements and refer it to our "Features & Measurements" in the product page.
Do note that each item has different measurements.

We're happy to let you know that we do offer alterations, and all charges go directly to our team of local seamstresses.

Pricing per Outfit:
- Hem: $35
- Hem (with lining): $45
- 1 area (Bust/ Waist/ Shoulder): $45
- 2-3 areas: $55
- More than 3 areas: $65
Process:
1. Appointment:
- Schedule a fitting appointment at our studio. We’re open on weekdays from 9am to 6pm (last slot at 5pm). Please note that for 5pm slots, transactions should be completed by 5:50pm so our team can close the studio on time.
- Let us know your availability, and we'll arrange a suitable time for you.

2. Fitting: During the fitting, we’ll pin the garment to achieve your desired fit.
3. Alteration Time: The alteration process will take about 1-2 weeks.
4. Collection/Delivery: Once your garment is ready, you can either pick it up from our studio or have it mailed to you at no additional cost.

Washing Instructions
Strictly Do Not Hand Wash as it causes friction between the clothes which could wear the fabric.
For most garments:
- Do not soak.
- Gentle machine wash. (Turn inside out, put in laundry bag. Do not hand wash.)
- Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Fold over hanger bar to keep.
- Professional cleaning possible.
For pleated garments:
- Washing instructions as above.
- Do not steam or iron.
For linen garments:
Linen garments require less frequent washing. If not washing after wear, hang up to ventilate.
- Avoid hand washing or soaking, as it weakens fibres. Use a laundry bag for machine washing at 30°C with low spin.
- Do not bleach.
- Air dry linen garments. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage or fibre damage. Iron on low heat.
- Linen can crease easily. Hang in the bathroom during a hot shower to use steam for reducing creases.
- Avoid leaning or sitting on rough surfaces to prevent friction and snagging for linen garments.
- Professional cleaning is possible.
For cotton garments:
- Avoid hand washing or soaking, as it weakens fibers. Use a laundry bag for machine washing at 30°C with low spin.
- Do not bleach.
- Air dry cotton garments.
- Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage or fiber damage. Iron on low heat on the reverse side.
- Avoid leaning or sitting on rough surfaces to prevent friction and snagging for cotton garments.
- Professional cleaning is possible.
Exchange & Return Policy
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order (60 days for international orders). We offer a one-time exchange for a different size, colour or style of equivalent value; top-up applies for higher-value items, and we do not issue cash refunds. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is defective. Where no exchange is made, value can be converted to store credit valid for 3 months from date of issue.
There are 2 ways to return your order:
(1) Showroom visit by appointment only, or
(2) Return item(s) via mail to our showroom address.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a reliable traceable service.
In an event you do not have any item(s) to exchange for at the moment, we can convert the value of your purchase into store credits with validity for the next 3 months.

Reckless Ericka was founded in Singapore in 2009 by Afton Chen, the brand's founder and designer, alongside co-founder Louis. Afton, a 2008 Raffles Design Singapore graduate, leads the label's in-house design with a philosophy of bold, curious, conventions-challenging womenswear.
