Delivery & Shipping

What are my delivery options?

For Singapore orders:

  • Free delivery to your letterbox or PO Box addresses will arrive within 3 to 5 working days (except pre-orders).
  • Door-to-Door Delivery (Includes Hotel Concierge) would take 1 to 2 days to arrive (additional $15 top-up).
  • Self-collection by booking an appointment for our studio.

For International orders:

  • Normal delivery would take up to 24 working days.
  • Expedited delivery (top-up) would take up to 2 to 5 working days.
How is shipping rates calculated?

For Singapore Orders:

  1. Registered Mail (tracking number provided) : Free
  2. Self-collection at Reckless Ericka Design Studio (by Appointment only) : Free
  3. Door-to-Door Delivery : $15
    For International Orders:
  4. Orders above $250 SGD : Free
  5. Orders below $250 : prices varies on item(s) weight and location.

How do I track my order?

After we have fulfilled your order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

If you have any concerns regarding the delivery or if the package was not received as expected, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly via WhatsApp.

It's not uncommon for tracking systems to experience delays or inconsistencies in updating the delivery status.  If your tracking number does not work, it is most likely already been delivered in your letterbox.

Can I change the address of my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled or sent out yet, you can drop us a message to have your address changed.

When will I receive my pre-order items?

Each Pre-Order item would have their estimated date written on their page.

Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order without an account, but if you register with us you can enjoy these benefits.

How can I check and redeem my points?

Log in to your account and click on 'Reckless Rewards' to view your points.

You can redeem your points by clicking 'Redeem Points' and to check your rewards click 'My Rewards'.

How do I change and check my account details?

By logging in to your account, you will be able to view and edit your account details by going to your account page.

Can I still get points if I made an account after purchasing?

Yes, your points will be automatically added and you can view your history in "My Balance".

In the event that you have older orders and would like points from it, contact us to have their points added in.

Sizing & Measurements

How can I check which size I'm most suitable with?

You can check our Size Chart on how to get your measurements and refer it to our "Features & Measurements" in the product page.

Do note that each item has different measurements.

If you are still unsure about the measurement, feel free to contact us.

Are there any alteration services?

Please contact us via WhatsApp about your alterations.

Note that each alteration is an additional $15.

How do I book an appointment?

Operating hours:

Weekdays (Except Public Holiday): 9am to 6pm
Last slot for appointments is at 5pm.

Washing Instructions

How should I wash my garments?

Strictly Do Not Hand Wash as it causes friction between the clothes which could wear the fabric.

We recommend Gentle machine wash. (Turn inside out, put in laundry bag. Do not hand wash.)
Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.
Do not tumble dry. Fold over hanger bar to keep.
Professional cleaning possible.

Exchange & Return Policy

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Please see our Exchange Policy to check if your order is eligible for exchange/return.

If you are eligible and would like to request an exchange/return, please contact us via WhatsApp and state your order number and name of item(s) you'd like to return.

In the event that we do not have the size unit or another style for the exchange, we will offer you store credits with a validity for 3 months.

We introduce new collections with multiple launches for each season.

I'm not sure how to wear the clothes I bought.

If you have trouble on how to wear the items, drop us a message via WhatsApp and we will send you a video with instructions on to how to wear it.

I would like to gift someone a dress, is it possible to gift wrap it?

Yes, we have available gift boxes where we will fit all the items in the gift box and use our premium door-to-door delivery service to ensure your item gets to you in 1-2 days within Singapore!
