EU Withdrawal Request
This page is for consumers in the European Union.
It applies to eligible online purchases under the EU right of withdrawal.
For non-EU requests, our standard Exchange Policy applies.
You may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your order. A reason is optional.
Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request.
For physical goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, or until valid proof of return has been provided.
Where possible, refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where applicable.
Express, upgraded, or premium delivery fees will not be refunded.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
If an item is returned with signs of wear, damage, stains, scents, removed tags, or alteration, we may deduct an amount from your refund where allowed by law.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges are not refundable by Reckless Ericka.
