1. Orders Within Singapore

Self-collection is available from the Reckless Ericka Showroom.

9am–5pm.

Self-arranged courier: Courier fee is borne by the buyer.

Door-to-Door Courier

Delivery Time

1–2 working days.

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery

Direct to your doorstep or concierge.

Cost

S$15 flat rate.

If no one will be home to receive your order, please add an Order Note at checkout indicating a secure drop location or concierge handover.

Re-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be at the buyer's cost.

2. International Orders

We offer international shipping via SingPost International Registered Airmail.

Malaysia & Brunei

Free international shipping on orders over S$350.

Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated according to parcel weight.

Asia & Pacific

Excluding Australia, Japan and New Zealand.

Free international shipping on orders over S$400.

Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated according to parcel weight.

Rest of the World

Including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, EU, Switzerland, Middle East and Africa.

Free international shipping on orders over S$400.

Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated according to parcel weight.

United States

There is currently no free-shipping threshold for orders to the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated according to parcel weight.

3. International Delivery Information

Registered Airmail

Delivery via SingPost International Registered Airmail takes an estimated 4–26 working days.

Delivery estimates apply to major cities and may be extended due to customs inspection and clearance.

Express Delivery

FedEx express delivery is available upon request and takes an estimated 3–5 working days.

Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Any applicable duties and taxes will be billed by the customer's local customs authorities and are payable by the recipient.
