An Intimate First Look at ARRAYED, Chapter One

• A relaxed space to try on new looks, and discover what feels most like you. Our team of stylists will be guiding the session.
• A selection of light refreshments to enjoy as the afternoon unfolds.
• A floral experience inspired by ARRAYED prepared on the side, where you may select flowers from a specially curated palette and create a bouquet to bring home, with guidance from our floral artist.

1. How long is the session?
Each session runs for 1.5 hours, allowing you to preview the collection, try on pieces, shop, enjoy refreshments, and take part in the floral experience.

2. Is the booking fee refundable?
Your booking fee is fully redeemable on any purchase made during the session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the fee being forfeited.

3. What if I am late for the session?
The session will begin on time, but you are welcome to join whenever you arrive. Our team will help you settle in.

4. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
You may reschedule to a regular House of Reckless appointment, or cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. As this preview is reserved for a small, exclusive group with limited slots, requests made within 24 hours, and no-shows, will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

5. Can I bring a friend or family member along?
Each session is limited to 6 guests, with one guest per booking. If someone would like to join you, they may reserve a separate slot if space is available.

6. Is the floral experience payable?
No, it is included with your session. Our floral artist will guide you, and all materials will be provided.

7. Can I try on the new collection?
Yes. The new collection will be available to try on in our full size range, and pieces may be purchased during the session. As fitting rooms are limited, guests may take turns so everyone can enjoy a comfortable experience.

8. Can I shop other collections during the preview?
Yes. You are welcome to explore and shop our other collections during your session if time allows.

9. Can I stay beyond my session timing?
Session 1 will end at 2.30pm so we can refresh the space for the next group. For Session 2, you may stay a little longer if the day's schedule allows.

• Receive one draw card for every $800 spent on ARRAYED during the preview.
• Eligible spend is calculated after discounts and vouchers.
• Valid for ARRAYED purchases made in-store during the preview. Checkout must be completed on the same day.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Reckless Ericka reserves the right to amend the T&Cs without prior notice. In the event of any dispute or discrepancy, our decision will be final.
